RETURNS, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND
Here at Vacarda Designs we do our very best to provide quality textures you will love in your home. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want all shoppers to be happy with their purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace or return for a full refund.

RETURNS AND REFUND
Items cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund.
In the event you wish to return a product and receive a full refund, you must notify Vacarda Design within 14 days of your purchase. You can then return the item unused and undamaged within 28 days. In this case, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of the return as we unfortunately cannot refund the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when returned.
For items damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact Vacarda Design to arrange return and replacement, where possible. Where items are damaged on arrival, Vacarda Design will bear the costs of shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days. Please note, the time it takes for the sum to be refunded to your account will depend on your bank. Contact us at email@example.com.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the accurate colour of the merchandise.
All our textures are individually made by hand for you. Please allow a 4–6-week lead time when pre-ordering, this gives our craftspeople time to perfect your order.
Time may be longer due to covid restrictions/shipping delays in differing countries.
We will update all shipping details via email, so keep an eye on your inbox for updates on your order. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, we’re here to answer any queries.
Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable. If a fault is identified,
Vacarda Design will endeavour to resolve the fault in-situ before agreeing to a replacement or accepting a return.
When receiving the order, the customer is obliged to check the delivery condition in the presence of the courier.
In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged from Vacarda Design studio, a replacement or repairs will be provided. Please photograph damaged items and packaging and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification must be made within two days of receipt of items. Please keep the packaging as we are unable to provide new packaging for custom-made orders.
SHIPPING AND CORRESPONDENCE:
All correspondence should be directed to email@example.com quoting the invoice number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time your exchanged product will take to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer. This is because the transaction needs to be via the same card.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account. If the refund still isn’t there, contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time before they are deposited into your bank account, we appreciate your patience.
