Items cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund.

In the event you wish to return a product and receive a full refund, you must notify Vacarda Design within 14 days of your purchase and return the item undamaged within 28 days. In this case, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items - Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

For items damaged on arrival, please contact Vacarda Design to arrange return and replacement, where possible. Where items are damaged on arrival, Vacarda Design will bear the costs of shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable. If a fault is identified, Vacarda Design will endeavour to resolve the fault in-situ before agreeing to a replacement or accepting a return.

When receiving the order the customer is obliged to check the delivery condition in the presence of the courier. In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged from Vacarda Design studio, a replacement or repairs will be provided. Please photograph damaged items and packaging and email them to Notification must be made within two days of receipt of items. Please keep the packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
