HOW IT WORKS

Share Your Vision
​
Use the Contact Form [link ] to send us your project details with measurements, project location, and inspiration images.

High-level Estimate
​
Once we’ve reviewed the details and have confirmed that we can get started, we’ll give you a high-level estimate. We’ll also ask for additional information to ensure we understand your project well.

Design Development
​
No need to commit to your order before you have the design samples that you’re happy with. We charge £360 fee to cover our design development effort that we will deduct from the final order costs when you are ready to go ahead with your commission.

Complex projects might require extra effort for design development. In such cases, we will discuss the design fee terms with you.

Your Approval
​
Once you’re happy with your design, and ready to place the order, we will review and finalise the quote, including shipping fees, and discuss the completion schedule. We will need the remaining payment in full minus shipping charges to commence work on your original piece.

Handcrafting Begins
​
We love this part. We will keep you updated throughout all stages of the crafting process. From composition sketches to progress images, checking in with you is our priority.
06
Delivery
​
It’s time to meet your bespoke commission. When your piece is ready, we’ll update the shipping fees and send you a final invoice. We pack all orders with care to ensure they arrive intact. You’ll receive an expected delivery date and tracking number so you can keep tabs on your delivery.
